November

I decided to put up my tree today! I thought it turned out pretty nice. I love Christmas.

Thanks Katie for such a cute outfit!
Didn't want to smile in this one.
A couple of hotties!

Spiderman

I must begin my short story by saying I have an irrational fear of spiders.....I must blame part of my fear on my mom who thought it was hilarious to chase us around the house with the smashed spider tissue after she killed it (thanks mom)! Yesterday I was leaving the grocery store parking lot when I looked over and noticed a black "something" on the inside of the passenger side windshield. My spidey senses began to tingle and I waited to see if it would move. It moved a little and I started to panic-can I just say that having one of your worst fears interrupt you while driving is not a good thing. I quickly pulled over in the Dairy Queen parking lot and hopped out determined to kill this intruder. I opened the passenger door and peeked in to get a closer look. Not only was it a spider, but it was a FURRY black one!!! I started panicking even more- thoughts were racing through my head what if this is a jumping one and it jumps at me....maybe I could run inside Dairy Queen and get an employee to kill it...but then it might get away while I run in.... panic. I tried several times to move in with my tissue and kill the nasty spider but I kept freezing. Then my saving grace...a man came out of Dairy Queen with his food and I summoned him over to tell him about my horrifying dilemma. This man was very nice smiled (I think he really want to laugh at me) and then took care of it for me. Thanks mr. spiderman I don't know what I would have done without you. Anyone else have any irrational fears?????

Fall is Here

It was a beautiful fall Sunday here-amazing actually. It was around 70 with clear blue skies.
What a cute family!!
I made these bundt cakes for primary for our teachers. We gave them to them after our primary program today. The kids did a great job!
Thanks grandma for such a cute little outfit!

Exersaucer

As you can see a lot of my 3-6 month clothes are still too big!!!
Katie made this adorable halloween book for me so that we could put a picture of Reagan in her costume each year in it.

Reagan is starting to enjoy her exersaucer more..she can suck on the things and push the buttons. She gets really mad at it when she can't stick it in her mouth!

Halloween

We celebrated Halloween with the missionaries and Bruce. We had a great night filled with pizza, rockband, and a firepit with smores. Unfortunately we didn't have very many trick or treaters because we are in a circle. I saw tons of them walking on the main roads but they bypassed our little street.
Today we celebrated Sterling's birthday. I woke up really early and made him some monkey bread for breakfast (it didn't turn out very well this time!) and we got ready for church. After church we went to Dr. Sam's office for her Treats for Troops fund raiser. They sang to Sterling and gave him a cake. HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my sweetheart-I love you so much. Thank you for all that you do for our family!!!!!!

Thanks to the Marcum's for a fabulous murder mystery party. I was Glumda the witch and Sterling was The Prince of Dimness.

This is at the ward trunk or treat. I won the scariest costume. I think the funniest part about this Halloween is that Reagan didn't even care how scary I looked!

Pumpkin Carving

Sterling saw this idea for a pumpkin and wanted to do it this year. He did a great job cutting up the pumpkin and carving it out.
It is a very scary pumpkin!!!!

Hilarious that the pumpkin is bigger than our child!!!!!

Bi Water Farm

Sterling had Monday off and we decided to go to another farm to try to find a pumpkin for him to carve. We had fun picking one out. It was a beautiful day. We went to lunch before we went to the farm.
Just the right size pumpkin for our "pumpkin"!
We weren't having a lot of luck trying to take a picture of ourselves...
