Sterling found out he had to work on Christmas so Reagan and I decided to head to Utah. We celebrated Christmas as a family the night before we left. Reagan got lots of fun things. Grandma and Grandpa gave her a Tinker Bell Talking Cafe, Elmo book that had their voices recorded reading the story, a little manger scene, and an adorable tutu, pants and matching shirt. Santa brought her a Leap Frog fridge letter set, Disney cd player (not real but plays music), Disney piano that she can play, Disney princess tent, Disney cinderella baby doll with a bottle that lights up and plays music. Santa also brought an animal puzzle, animal book, and clothes for the spring. As you can tell we should have bought stock in Disney this year.....
We were supposed to fly out early the next morning and our flight got cancelled because we had an ice storm. We went out later that day. Our flight was delayed so when we got to Detroit we missed our connecting flight, somehow ended up on a flight to Vegas thinking we were going to SLC (had a break down when we landed-started to cry), our carry on bag was sent to vegas baggage claim, had to go through security for the 2nd time in one day, received a six dollar voucher for food at the airport for my troubles (which I never got to use), and finally arrived in SLC at midnight!!!! A day from hell! Reagan was really an angel for having such a horrible travel day. The man that helped us in Detroit was an angel that day too...I think Heavenly Father knew I needed something nice to happen to get me through that day.
